These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the International Business Academy of Turkey (IBAT) and its students, outlining rights, responsibilities, and operational guidelines.
Admission
- Requirements: Applicants must meet specified academic qualifications and provide required documentation for admission consideration.
- Acceptance: Admission decisions are based on academic merit and availability of spaces in programs.
Tuition and Fees
- Payment: Tuition fees are due according to the schedule provided upon acceptance.
Payment methods and deadlines will be communicated to students. - Refunds: Refund policies for tuition and fees are outlined separately and are subject to the academy’s policies and procedures.
Academic Policies
- Programs: IBAT offers programs in international business, economics, finance, marketing, leadership, and management, designed to meet global standards and industry demands.
- Attendance and Performance: Students are expected to attend classes regularly, complete assignments on time, and maintain satisfactory academic performance.
Rights and Responsibilities
- Students: Have the right to quality education, access to academic resources, and a safe learning environment. Must adhere to the Code of Conduct and academic policies.
- Academy: Reserves the right to modify programs, policies, and schedules as deemed necessary, with advance notice to students.
Termination and Withdrawal
Students may voluntarily withdraw from programs or be dismissed for violating academy policies. Procedures for termination or withdrawal are detailed in the student handbook or official communication.
Modifications
IBAT reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Students will be notified of any changes through official channels.
Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective upon acceptance of admission and enrolment in programs at the International Business Academy of Turkey.
